Just acquired this :

I am wondering if it's possible to install and handguard cap + the two rivets on the front handguard.

What Tools would be needed ?

Numrich seems to have the parts, but pictures are not convincing (mainly the rivets).

Anyone ever did this ?

Actually, I do believe the parts from Numrich are tiny screws, so it's an easy job. There will likely be fine fitting needed to your handguard.

Soo I would need :

2x 1055290 and 2x 1422620

Screw heads go on the inside if I understand correctly ?

I was expecting this would be involving cheap rivets with some funny punch/hammer. haha

One word - BRUTAL. Best to make a shopping list and find some buddies to share it with.

And you will pay brokerage. Sometimes CBSA like to seize stuff and send letters too.

I usually order 1-2 Garand Op Rod extra to resell to make up for the cost. (shhhh don't tell anyone)
