What is freaking wrong with Anschutz?

hahaha.........you're funny!!

This was tried at PPCLI Battle School by one instructor and another foolish one in the Canadian Airborne Regiment.

And guess what?

Didn't work then either doctor.

If you close your left eye when having to shoot right handed well it make a difference which eye dominant you are?

for how long? I know someone who damaged their dominant eye and eventually the other eye became their dominant one. This isn't something that would change in a matter of days or even months, it can take years and is well documented in cases where the dominant eye is damaged.

How does one know that the other eye is now dominant when the other one is damaged? Logic flaw to my brain.

Oh and I should say that I am another right handed/left eye dominant shooter.

try it out, I am not an eye doctor, just stating what happened to someone I know, how things went and were explained to him by his eye doctor.

How do you test your eye dominance now? His damaged eye remained dominant even though he lost what the doctor said was 30% of his vision in his dominant eye, but now his other eye has become dominant,

Interesting. I was thinking of more damage to the eye. Makes sense when I think about it more. Thanks for the further explanation.

I'm a lefty shooter. Advice to just switch is nonsense to many of us. Some can switch but for most of us it is not a sensible plan. There are enough left hand rifles to find something that will work both new and used. There are Remingtons, Savages, Sakos, Tikkas, Winchesters, Brownings, Brnos, CZs, Weatherby, Ruger, Zastava and others either used or new. My suggestion is enjoy the search and when you find one pull the trigger.

I use a 444 Marlin for hunting and really like it. Only bolt actions are so fussy about handedness.
