I know it's a gun and hunting forum but cheers to all the Canadian outdoors men and women
that fuel this industry with passion. It's a life style we'll never take for granted.

P.s. to all our easterner friends...

Hope you're enjoying the snow!

When you live in Vancouver, the best part about winter is watching it on TV. :)

Last sunday was +17.... and here it's odd to get a cloudy day.

=)

I do like the coast, but if you enjoy winter, Calgary's weather is hard to beat. Other than spring, you can count on it being blue bird.

My brother and his familly moved to Calgary just before the start of the school year and it snowed a foot the first week they were there.... :)

I miss a good shore/pier lunch. Thanks for the awesome pics! I was born in Ontario, but BC will always be home. I'll rep for Salt Spring and Read Island.

That's the thing with Calgary. You'll get a few feet of snow, then a chinook rolls in and you're out in your snow boots and a tshirt.

Nothing beats a steamed Dungeness. 100x better than any lobster I've ever had. I spend the nice sunny weather swearing at my golf ball, Gotta love the west coast winters.

I didn't even winterize the boat this year, to warm to work outside so I put it off............last time out trolling for winter springs we spent more time taking pictures of the orca pod that past beside us then we did watching the rods

Nice pics. Now I'm craving seafood and beer.

Ever notice when someone puts West Coast in the title, you always, I mean ALWAYS, get people from Calgary in there trying to sell the prairies as Nirvana? ;)

Damn I miss Sechelt right about now fresh crab and sockeye on a cedar plank mmmmmmmmmmm.didn't realize landlocking myself meant spelled the end of real seafood.
