I did a local search and found nothing. I have also searched every site sponser and shop I can think of and nothing. Is it true that there is not even 1 pound of powder a guy can use to reload a 9mm......this is unbelievable....and people say 22 ammo is hard to find lol..
I think I should be good till winter but if nothing shows up before christmas I could be in trouble :(

Cheers!!

I was on a list since November of last year and finally got a call 2 weeks ago. for the whopping 2lbs...good luck bud

Last time I was there (last weekend), Cabela's in Regina had 14oz (I think...the small size) and 4lb jugs of IMR HiSkor 800X. You can reload 9mm with that.

If you are local, I can spare one pound to you. I have a good amount of Winchester AutoComp.

Thanks for the kind offer. Im not really looking just surprised at the current state. I can put the handguns away for a while and it doesn't bother me plus coyote season is just around the corner and prefer it to shooting paper.

Cheers!!

The powder situation is so fluid these days that if you take the time to post the question then you're too late anyway. Stores around here get shipments of powder in dribs and drabs that don't even begin to fill their back orders. Of course it arrives and it's like a feeding frenzy and it's gone in a day, two days tops. You need to get your name on the phone/text lists of the local shops and maybe a few more distant ones and be prepared to jump at anything. If you ask here by the time someone posts that it was on a shelf the day before there's nothing but cobwebs by the time you react.

Put your name on a pre order list. For the next couple of years at least, any powder like titegroup or the like won't even hit the shelves because of preorders. I got 2 pounds of titegroup @ $20/lb at Lebaron last month. I was down for 5lbs. but they limited it to 2/lbs/ customer to try and spread it around, which I honestly don't mind. I know that if the drought does end people will buy as much as they can get (I would take 20lbs if I could get it), so there will still be a shortage
