Here's some info on the spring. I have a reduced power one.

What do you mean by non-radiused back straps? I haven't looked at a newer model to be able to tell the difference.
Also the recoil spring in my pistol is Titanium Nitride coated. It is to help with corrosion and to reduce friction.

Never knew there was such a replacement design for factory trigger spring.

Turns out i have a US assembled Italian framed 92FS.
I'll be having a look at the lock block as well.
