Do you have unfounded hatred regarding certain firearms? I do

I really dislike guys running cerakote on "classic" rifles and shotty's - their perogative, just not my thing.

And used to like Zeiss, but lost most of that when they start sponsoring morons.
 
Silly when people hate inanimate objects.

I usually avoid Chinese made products of all types if possible. Which is almost impossible, and yes I own one Norinco. Cant say I hate it all all tho.
 
There are guns I like, and guns I don't like as much as the guns I like.

But I won't say no to shooting any of them.

*Bang*. "Oh my god that was terrible. I hate it........." *Bang bang bang*. "Yup. Hate it." *bang bang bang bang bang*. "Oh when will this misery end?" *bang bang bang bang bang bang*. "hey five plus one".
 
I had a Remington 760 in .30-06 given to me that drove me nuts. I wound up selling it for a real deal to a guy I know who has buddies who swear by them. They played with it and he really likes it now. I figure more power to him, I won't own another.
 
I have made a point to generally buy firearms I think will be reliable. The reliability thing and encountering many issues would make me dislike a gun. The rest is all context and people's subjective views and tastes.

I have originally thought I would dislike a certain gun only to research it more and like it. So selective-openminded is my approach.
 
10/22's pile of junk nothing but issues pos! Id buy one from 10-15 years ago tho!
 
I used to think that I hated Ruger.....then I bought a No. 1 in 25-06 and now I love Ruger.

I think hate is too strong a word, so let's say I dislike Tikka, no really good reason, one bad experience.

I hate, hate, hate remington. Overrated as far as im concerned.
I also have a strong hatred for a 30-06. Dont ask why but I have 0 use for it. It was made to kill people not animals, thats not actually why, I just needed an excuse to hate such a great thing

so was 303 Brit, 30-40, 45-70, 44-40, 223 and 308 too for that matter!

maybe you should denounce your citizenship and move to France.

whoa, that escalated quickly, I needed a reason to hate a cartridge that everyone and their dog loves and that was the first thing that popped into my head lol
 
I can honestly say I don't "hate" any particular firearm although I do have preferences for certain types,makes,calibers or whatever pretty much the same as most other people I guess.I kind of liken it to the old saying my father in law used to repeat a lot and it makes sense here I think..............."there is no such thing as bad beer but some are much better than others".
 
I dislike SKS. And it's sad because when I saw them I was in awe of them. It was the gun I wanted the most. The day I went to get it I bought the sks a crate of ammo and a moisen. Get to the range and never had a problem with it just really liked the moisen. Went a week later and bought an svt-40 and that one is ok. No real reason why I don't like it, just didn't fall in love with it
