Good luck! I've been searching as well, but I don't think it's within reach. From what I've read, OPS Inc. stopped manufacturing the Model 12 brake. A company by the name Allen Engineering Inc. is making them now. Even so, I do believe that the Model 12 brake & collar will be tough to source in Canada.

When you click on , for example, a Surefire brake it has the notice regarding foreign shipping and foreign sales....but when you click on the Ops Inc it shows no such restriction

Go figure !! Only thing you can do is try to put in your shopping cart and purchase to make certain
 
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but Brownells won't export muzzle devices without a permit. And as another CGNer mentioned, even that wasn't a guarantee.
 
The both of you have valid points...I agree with Trini because, well, he's right. But TRG, you have also brought up an interesting point. For the purpose of closure to the question of whether or not the OPS Inc. brake and collar can be had from the US, I will call Brownells on Monday and post back here with their answer.


And just a bit off topic...1,000th post baby!!!!!!! Ok...I'm done...

GG&G Foregrip and Bipod adapter
Harris Bipod
Nightforce 2.5-10x32 MOAR reticle
ARMS #22 QD 1.5" high rings

Just waiting for the Ops Inc #12 muzzle brake to come in the mail, and looking for a set of KAC sights.

0 rounds fired, hope to get it out tomorrow!

Sweet setup, I really like the look of the A2 stock. I'll be putting a big deposit on a DD Mk12 within the next week. Where did you order the ops inc. brake from if you don't mind me asking? I have to find one, a Mk12 just doesn't look right without it.

A1 type D stock

ARMS #22h rings with TRC and TRR for Red dot
Knights 600m BUIS
Knights Bi-pod adapter
Harris Bi-pod
waiting on the Knights Armament Company QD Swivel Forend Rail Mount(PN 98720)
Also trying to source the proper Leupold TS30a2 scope which is almost impossible since korth says it doesnt exist and it is a non exportable ITAR controlled Item.
Id recommend you all go check out the 812 page thread on ar15.com dedicated to the MK12 you will learn a lot about the platform.

Sometimes I feel like selling my ACR and building a MK12, maybe I'll start by making my ACR NR and see if I still get that restricted MK12 itch then... nice rifles boys keep them comming.

I ordered it from Brownell's. It takes some paperwork and a bit of a wait. There's a sticky in the Legalese forum on how to.
