Hi guys

Im building my first ar15 and im looking for a muzzle brake. I didnt really know where to post this thread...

Ive been looking at this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3FD-Rou9-9A

Im currently looking for Precision Armament M4-72 or Lantac dragon 5.56 muzzle brake.

Does any know where i can find em?

The rifle im building is a Sig sauer m400 5.56 with 16" barrel.

Take a good look at the PWS FSC556 as well.

Comparing to others like the POF, JP, and Battle Comp which my friends have, my PWS stays the flattest. Not sure what your ultimate goal is, just my 2 cents!

Surefires are sweet, no doubt, Ammosource are looking to import and I hope they do get a full line of brakes. I would put one on my 7.62. Only neg is they are loud! My exp with the PWS has been a moderate blast. Of the ones I've been exposed to I'd say its similar to the BC, doesn't hit me behind the rifle and I'd say it's about middle of the pack. Standing beside the POF and JP tell you that you need dental work!

Check out Vuurwapen's blog, google.. He did a nice comparison a little while ago on brakes and that's what made me decide on the PWS. May be a little out dated but if it ain't broke...

I have 3 Surefire muzzles break that I bought new from EE and CTCS, I paid between 180-200$ shipped for each. I never dealt with irungun but I'm pretty sure with the exchange rate, import fee and shipping it will cost over 200$.

Vince514 if your a member of CRAFM, I'll be at the range tomorrow (Sunday) you're welcome to try it. Just PM and we'll work something out.
