cheap options for .22 or 9mm dedicated uppers in Canada?

Been seeing cheap norinco/dominion complete uppers for sale around the 500 mark.


are there any small caliber options available in Canada for that pricepoint? i've so far had trouble finding anything

If you don't mind waiting a couple of months, CMMG 22lr uppers from IRG can be had in the $650 all in ballpark. Otherwise, I'm forgeting whether Questar or AE had those for $750-800+tax+shipping.
 
General Gun has Bull Barrel DPMS .22LR Conversions for $600. Ray the gunsmith swears by his, and he's never steered me wrong. I'm not sure what their shipping rates would be though.
