If hunter orange is required by hunter, what about a non-hunter accompanying the hunter? While it is just dumb not to wear it...what does the law say?
A co-worker took the hunter safety course recently(Ontario). This question came up, the instructor said the tag-a-long is still considered part of the hunt and has to hold a license.
we, the class, were told the same thing when i took my hunter safety course. they said if we have someone with us who did not possess an outdoors card they should stay in the car or at the camp site.
Seriously? thats like saying everyone riding in the car should have a drivers licence. seems like they are just trying to reduce the number of hunters one generation at a time.
