damn germans, anyone care to translate? Im assuming the 453mm is the barrel, makes it 17.83 inches, close but no cigar! At that price im not paying to get it re barrelled to 18.6 inches.

No I don't think so, but it might climb close to that after a new barrel to go NR. Unless NS has struck up a deal with HK to bring them in with Canadian NR barrels.

2 hk s were imported in 243 around 1980 to 1984 when 770in 308 and 940 3006 and ??22 mags came out and there might have been a few more but not very many ,also I ,could be wrong I did that once also .

I do believe we're talking about something much different


the H&K 243 is the Civilian Variant of the G36!

The price here in Europe is € 1700. Which is very reasonable.

The person that posted the pics above on the HKPro forum is going back to make some photo's of the internals.

The one shown in the above picture with keymod handguard and adjustable stock is 2300+ Euro, the 1700 Euro version has the old stock and regular handguard.
