Good Slug for bush carry?

Not to beat a dead horse but what brand of 12 gauge slug would work for self defense in the bush?
I hear Brenneke? slugs would do the job but it seems they don't exist in canada.

Try a couple of brands there is usually one that shoots best out of a certain barrel and choke, I've used remington and challenger mostly, challenger seems to have a big following in our area but best try a few.
 
cheap slugs work well after all most rifled slugs are just big hunks of lead ,challenger slugs have worked well for a lot of guys out of most guns ,I do have a few boxes of brenneke slugs and thy do work well .but for everyday stuff are thy really worth the extra cash .Dutch
