I have had two xcr m7's. One in 300wsm, one in 308. Both were very nice and I regret selling both of them.

I Had one in 7-08, I too regret selling it. Changed out the stock for a CDL

Hard to argue with that. Those ms model 7's are hard to top. I always admire the one at cabelas in Edmonton.

I had that exact one. Nice rifle, but a few things I didn't like. The synthetic stock is crap and while the Trynite finish is very durable, it has a gold-ish color to it. If you swap the stock and don't mind the color, it's a great little rifle, especially if you get it in a caliber other than 300 WSM, which I didn't like either.
