45 gov antique reloading tool

hey guys I struck it rich my uncle gave me the 45 gov antique reloading stuff I have the loading tool its the2nd on the right in the picture ,and the decaping tool ,and the metal powder scoop and last the lyman bullet mold . can anyone explain how the hand tool works because theres a few gadgets on it that I know nothing about . looking on ebay this stuff is going for around 500.00 us . I wont be selling this stuff because its been in the family for years . the hand tool itself was made in sept of 1880 by Winchester so any info will help me understand what the tool has for extras on it

these tools I have are only for show and a conversation piece this stuff belonged to a great uncle of mine then my grandfather ended up with and now my uncle gave it too me .also I for got to mention I also got a test tube powder measure with a spoon on the end of the cap I wish I knew what this stuff is actually worth >>>>>???? hound2013
 
I inherited some that are similar from my Grand Father.
These are 44WCF.

you got the same stuff as me I was looking on ebay the loading tool itself is going for 500.00 US that's why im getting the stuff appraised just for that reason did you get yours done if not you should its worth the money too find out what its actually worth hound2013
 
You know a .45 Gov. from 1880 isn't an ACP? It's .45 Colt. And that buying or selling anything on E-Bay gives money to the people who want to take you firearms away from you.

hound2013: You might try to contact Lyman for information about how it all works. I'm sure they would be interested to know their stuff is still out there and that you are interested in it.

Wrong... 45 Gov = The round for an 1873-?? Trapdoor Springfeld or more commonly known now as the 45-70
