The girlfriends father has this rifle and he claims it was his great grandfathers during his service in the military, he knows enough to know its not just a run of the mill Winchester model 94, I told him it sure wasnt as its C broad arrow marked so its definitely canadian military but that's as far as my knowledge goes with it, She sent me these pics, and he said its dated 1939, He's curious as to the value, That's where you guys come in! Thanks

Condition looks fairly decent

Another guy just posted one a bit ago. I have seen price range on these (albeit a small sample). My one buddy picked one up in Calgary for $375 (got a deal) the other guy paid $700

I would place the value of these in the $600-650 range

Your missing the swivels so I would suspect the $550-600 range assuming bore is good

Just my 2 cents of course

To me that seems about the price that a standard non military pre 64 seems to go on here,

When enquiring about value on here it is best to take an average of values given. To me a pre WW2 94 carbine is worth $650 in the shape this one is in so the Canadian markings would add value over that. The lack of military swivels does have a big impact on value though.
