Magpul Mag puller on LAR Mags

I bought some Magpul Mag Pullers and was wondering how to install them on my LAR mags for my XCR-L. I stuffed a mag in with a puller slightly on saw the shape that was holding me back.... So I cut the puller with scissors to the shape and slips right in! Puller works well and looks not to bad.

So my GUNNUT friends.... cut away!

Who needs Ranger plates when you got scissors...cheaper and works the same..better than the ol duct tape ones

Ranger Plates fit a hell of a lot better in magazine pouches (especially for shorter magazines) and are a must if you have double pouches. Plus, they will never slide off. My rubber Magpuls that I got issued something like seven years ago eventually started sliding off my magazines.

Thanks! Ordered six in Desert Tan (all they had for colour). Flat black paint will fix that.

You might also consider those Mag extensions from GSdesigns work great on standard AR 30 rd pouches
you can also order the Pmag ranger plate compatible version

You need the ranger plates made for USGI mags, not the ones made for pmags.
