Agreed about the looks of the mag
I like the Howa actions, but I'm not sold on the quality of the synthetic stocks they put out
Very poor recoil pad fit on the gun pictured

Same here.. Too windy to fish so I was surfing How can you go wrong with a Howa?

I could dig one of the mini Howa's in .17 Hornet, .22 Hornet or .300 Whisper, and drop that action into a Boyd's classic style walnut or laminate stock.

Excellent move by howa. My only wish is that they should have also scaled down the action and bolt od. Still nice move on their part - I am sure they will move a bunch of these.
