What is your most confortable (ergonomic) gun?

Hi!

There is so much different shape and style for hunting rifle. I'm currious to know if some are more ergonomic. I know it will depend on the stance of the shooter and his personnal preferences. But maybe some shape or rifle have better handling in general...

What is the most confortable (ergonomic) gun you ever shoot with?

I'd love to say is was a family heirloom rifle that showed the scars of hunts past, and had an irreplaceable soul that made me feel at one with the rifle.....

But.... It was a Sako A7, kinda ugly, but fit me absolutely perfect.

my M14 in a JAE-100 stock for bench/prone and long range shooting...my old Russian SKS in an ATI folding stock for plinking and messing around at the range and on crown land.... and my 1895SBL for carrying around on my back in the woods for bear protection.

Hard to argue the 336's too.

I have to agree, nothing's as comfy to carry as a lever gun

Couple of M99's
61 year old .... .250-3000 24" bbl
56 year old .... .308 also 24" bbl
Both have a nice balance ..... easy fit.
The .250-300 is my favorite ....

Browning BLR 81 in a straight grip stock. They made these rifles just for me. The old Parker Hale Safari DE LUXE stocks are a close second.

I am not sure how to answer this as it would depend on the day of the week. Sure like my Remmy 700 LSS, but there are days when still hunting that my BLR or Marlin 336 is the way to go.

A Browning A Bolt Eclipse Hunter. Very nice, hefty rifle. The most comfortable hunting rifle I've ever shouldered.

I found my previous Sako Bavarian carbine to be extremely comfortable and easy to point.

If we're talking shotguns, my 870 fits me like a glove. Love it.

Right now it's the Browning Buckmark rifle. Sweet little .22.
