What Is The Best Scope for a CZ 455 Lux

Leupold Rimfire 2-7x28 fits behind the rear sight and can be mounted low while clearing the CZ bolt handle (Leupold Rimfire scopes have a smaller eye piece diameter....). I like this scope a lot. The only small drawback is that you will see the front sight hood at 2x. It disappears at about 3x depending on how low the scope is mounted.

I went over the rear sight on my FS with a DIP rail and medium rings with a Leupold VX-2 3-9X40mm. The rings are QD, I can remove the scope in the field and shoot the iron sights.

If a 2-7 is what you're after, then this is a fine bet. These are great scopes.

Yes. The Leupold 2X7X28 is a good option but it don't have the parralaxe adjustment. This scope is adjusted at 50 yards. I would like to shoot until 200 yards with my 22lr. I knows is very far for a 22lr but i like the challenge.

Parallax adjustment is a feature, but it is not necessary... I have plenty of regular rifle scopes (all adjusted to 100 yards) that I use on rimfire rifles, and shoot perfectly fine from 0-200...

But, if you are planning to shoot at 200 yards, you will want more than 7X... 12X would be a minimum and personally, I would be looking at 16X-24X.

This! I owned one scope that was for a rimfire and didn't notice any difference from the normal 100 yard paralax scopes on any of my other rimfires.

The lux is a rather uncomfortable rifle to use with a scope, imho...

Works perfectly for me... I have a Lux scoped with a VX-2 4-12X40mm and the FS pictured above (same stock profile)... I love them scoped... would have kept them "irons only" but my eyesight is pooched.

I like to mount my scopes as low as possible so I am going with a scope for my 455 in either a 1.25-4 with a straight tube or a 32 mm objective at the largest.

IMO…I would never scope a 452 Lux because of their great tangent sights(no offence to anyone who has and I understand why you might have to). If I had to have a scoped CZ rimfire rifle I would choose models with a non-"hog back" stock .
I prefer a cheek-weld vs chin-weld. Again…..JMHO.
