I'm not sure I understand...
I thought all ACRs came with the 16 inch barrel, and you had to get it rebarrelled after market with Herron to get a Non Restricted version. Is there another version of the ACR I don't know about? Are you talking about the DMR version? Last I heard is that was vapourware and didn't effectively exist.

They haven't even been made yet. You're talking about the unicorn 'DMR' version right? You've been told quite a tale. You won't see them up here for another 2-3 years if ever.

NR by Herron Arms is the best way to do this... other options (which I've owned as well) are not as good as Ian's work.

8.2Lbs if I remeember correctly with an empty mag. I posted the weight before in another thread. Only difference is mine is a 450

I found something interesting last night, my browe 4x has a single arms mount lever clamp and even set at the tightest setting its wobbly loose on the rail, while super tight on my Colt AR. Not sure why...
