do only canadian forces (retired or active ) qualify for the MIL discount.

My reason for asking is I served in the Italian Forces and was wondering if I would qualify?

Ignore my post, they are including a high standard BCG for an extra cost......I was still dreaming of an CC BCG so much that I thought I saw "standard BCG"....

Nope you were right the first time.,, The uppers from the other site sponsor came with BCG for $997

Just curious, one dealer was charging extra for the cocking handle, do these come with cocking handles and are they Colt or High Standards?

Ours come with cocking handles. I don't know who makes them but they aren't Colt.

Have they actually shipped? I received a notification on the 28th (shipping label created) and nothing since.

I know how it goes, I would just like to know when its expected, so I can try and be home....

I try to be home, if possible, when packages like this are coming, rather than have it ride around town in a contractors minivan, and then hope it will show up at my local SDM, sometime today, or maybe tomorrow??

Except for about 5 or 6 that were ordered over the weekend or had paperwork issues, all the uppers went out today. They were supposed to go out yesterday but the Canada Post truck never showed up for our daily pickup. By the time we found out the truck wasn't coming, it was to late to drop them off at the post office as they had already had their daily pickup.

High Standard is the brand.


Machined from 8620 carbon steel to mil-spec dimensions, with hard-chrome plated steel firing pin and chrome-lined. Carrier is notched for forward assist. Magnetic particle inspected (MPI) during manufacture.
