so to be clear the CFO gave you permission to have another RPAL holder transport them for you? wouldnt you have to be given paperwork for that?

Maybe I'll just challenge the restricted exam and get my RPAL back.
It's a bit of an expense, but then I can just do it myself and be done with it.

East end as in Transcona? As long as you have the Registrations it shouldn't be too much of an issue as long as the CFO approves the Short ATT. PM me with a phone number if you need them moved. Challenging the RPAL is another option. I challenged mine in Oakbank for a reasonable fee last year. Of course it still takes about 2 months for it to show up

That would be the best solution, then your not dependant on others.
Better challenge it now while you can because you won't be able to after C42.
And then you'll have to pay to take a course, even though you probably don't need it.
Thanks, Minister Blaney.

I'd be willing to help you out too. I have my RPAL. I wrote the exam and passed last year. But I don't have a range membership yet or purchased my handgun yet. As long as it would be legal, I don't mind meeting up so you can ship it.

I don't understand how you can have a pal , but not restricted if you have always had these, or did you just not bother to renew it?
There should be lots of people that can carry them, but where are you sending them?
Why not list them here?
I am a dealer and could pick them up, but too far away.
You could phone John hepwell at verden.
If you get someone to carry them for you, you had better know who they are.
I am looking for some help from to transport 3 restricted firearms that I want to sell.

I no longer have restricted on my PAL, so I can't transport them to the post office to ship. I have tried a few avenues locally to sell with no luck. (Cabela's and two indoor ranges)
I have been out of the shooting sports for over 20 years and have lost contact with the shooting community here.
I have talked this over with the CFO and it's all good and legal as long as the transporter has an RPAL. My option would be to take the restricted course, re-apply for RPAL staus etc. just to be able to transport them for sale.

I would be willing to compensate, return a favor, do some electrical work or??
If anybody would be willing to help out or have any other ideas please pm me and I can go over more details, etc.
Located in the East End of Winnipeg.
Thanks.

Just throwing this out there

If you do sell them on the EE here, you could ship via courier, have the courier pick up at your door, and so need no permit.
