need help with missing 22 bolt

a few years ago an older gentleman that my son used to do a few chores for moved south, but before he left he handed my boy an old 22 that was missing a bolt and clip. I had forgot all about it and it has been in the safe for probably 8 yrs now.

Just dug it out and was wondering where to start looking for the missing parts?

I have no knowledge nor have heard of this make and model.

it is.....model 865 PLAINSMAN.

If anyone can give me some hints of where or even if I could get a bolt and clip for it I would really appreciate it.

Good luck its a h&r I had a pioneer the I tried to find a bolt for for over a year (that wasn't worth more than the gun) with no success I believe numerich showed them in stock...
