I aquired some old brass from an older reloader and sitting near the box was a bag with a few unusual rounds in it. I got the brass I needed and took the bag in the transaction. I bought it just for the long 9.3x72R which just looked cool to me. It wasn't till I went through it that I found a Western .256 Newton, can't imagine that is very common. At the very bottom of the bag was a little 32 S&W with what I thought was a piece of dowel stuck in it. Turns out the wood is hollowed out and loaded with shot. Love finding treasures in these old reloading rooms

I also got some 30-06 Accelerators but doubt I will shoot plastic down the barrel. I don't have a collection of odd ball calibers on display but I may just put those on the shelf with the 40mm MK4 Casing I have. I imagine some reloaders must have quite the collection of finds and rare ammo sitting around.

who has old ammunition, that is new one to me, shoot it, sell it or through it away,

I am by no means a collector of anything but it seems I have a collection of brass, bullets, powder, primers, dies, rifles,etc... so why not keep a few rare rounds. I have thousands waiting to be fired, why not keep a few to look at.
