Sold my fixed sights Tacops and Nitron Rail 1911s and bought a 1911 STX , a new P220 Match Stainless Elite and a new X-Five Competition. From now on it's only adjustable sights for me. I hated the sight picture of the fixed sights , the way you literally had to plant the sight on what you wanted to hit. I've always sighted my guns with 6 o'clock hold and I've decided I won't be buying any more fixed sight guns. All 3 new guns are stunning. Pics to come!

I had a 220 match elite and it was one on the nicest handling p22X guns I've had. The aluminum grips on the 220 feel fantastic and the full SS 5" barrels make it a nice shooting package.

Nope. Only a few but suspect we have similar tastes eg below. The only reaeon I sold the 220 match elite in 45 is because I hope to buy one in 10mm.

HC's Coonan is the 2nd one I've bought. I'm going to try and bond more with this one. Let me know if you ever hear of another P220 X-six.

I lucked out. It was an order for a Canadian dealer that came too late and was cancelled and I happened to call the distributor at the right time. I asked about X-Fives which they are completely out of and then just for fun, I asked about the 220 MSE and when he said he had one and it wasn't spoken for,I nearly hit the roof. I went to my local Sig dealer and ordered and bought it within the hour. I had been looking long and hard too.

Is there any P220 Match Stainless Elite available in canada, I am looking for one? I never had a 45 cal. I think I need one! I was debating between that and the STX 1911?
Right now I am shooting the CZ 75 SP-01 shadow canadian edition, love that one, will never sell!

Also the 2014 MAP is/was $1495 and I was told by the rep at MD Charlton that it was going up for 2015 but that I was lucky because he hadn't received the new pricing yet.
