Simmons Customer service, any good or waste of time?

I have a Pro Hunter 2-6 x 32 pistol scope on my Ruger Super Redhawk and it seems to have gone for a crap. I have maybe 150 rounds down the pipe with this scope mounted, all of which have been Wolf ammo or my reloads which are super light loads.

Anyone had to send in a scope to their Canadian branch before?

They are owned by Bushnell now. Send it to the bushnell repair lab in Ontario.
 
Bushnell Canada's customer service is excellent. I've had dealings with them regarding a simmons game cam and they didnt give me any issues at all. I literally walked into their customer service centre, filled out a warranty form and walked out with a new game cam and a bunch of extra goodies in less then 10 mins. No questions asked!
 
Update, I sent in my scope to Bushnell Canada on March 27th (located only about 70 minutes away from me) and the tracking # was showing it was not delivered yet but was supposed to be there on the 1st of April. Now today the 13th we were going to contact Canada Post to have them run a trace on it. Surprise surprise a parcel arrives at the house nice and early, UPS dropped it off with shipping pre-paid by the sender and low and behold a BRAND NEW Warranty replacement Simmons scope. Thank you Bushnell Canada for the great service, wish I could say the same for the Canada Post tracking system LOL.
