that is over a span of several years. i wanted to try different things ans since im not rich i had to sell some things to try others. i still have one.

i started off with 9mm glocks then moved up to 45 tell that got pricey then went down to .40 cal for awhile now im back up to 45 again.

not to mention i went on a revolver kick for awhile and just had revolvers for a bit.

I would also suspect your mag spring is too stiff. You may want to try leaving your mags fully loaded for 6-8 weeks. I've had the same problem with brand new oem 10 round mags.
 
As others said:

1) Try only loading 8 rounds and see if that works
2) Try 124 grain ammo until it breaks in
3) Try a new mag

Usually Glocks run like tops, so I suspect something was monkeyed with.

Springs only wear with use.

OP: You might want to strip the handgun down completely, take a look see for anything abnormal, clean and reassemble.

Based on science? lol. It's science that states a properly designed spring only wears with use! Are there other factors (heat, elastic limit)? Yes, but these should not affect a magazine.

This is correct, but i have found Canadian 10 round set ups usually soften up so you can load them if you leave them sit loaded for a couple of weeks. I suspect that the design is imperfect and that with the 10 round block the spring is pushed slightly beyond the elastic limit of the spring material. I used to see this with poorly designed dies on a regular basis...yes the spring is rated for Xlbs force....but at 33% compression not 45%...which causes it to fail, some times just enough to lose force...occasionally to break.

It could also be the spring taking its initial set.
 
I've got a funny feeling theres a KCI mag @ the root of the problem. I've seen several Gen 4's on the EE being sold with aftermarket mags. People generally like to sell the factory mags separately @ a premium.
