Getting Brownells to ship muzzle devices is like winning the lottery. A couple guys said they managed to order muzzle brakes from them without problems but I have not been successful in my past 2 attempts. Sandy confirmed that they will not ship muzzle devices UNLESS an export permit was provided.
 
Just to let everyone know, I ordered a Ops Inc 12th Model Muzzle Break Kit from Brownells last night after reading this post. This morning at 0730 Sandy responded via email with the required paperwork for Export. Along with the Export paperwork you'll need to fill out a IIC Import form before mailing Brownells. There is a very helpful sticky in the Legalese Forum (third one from the top) posted by a fellow CGN'er. It explains in detail step by step instructions for the process. Took me about 30min to fill everything out, and I'm waiting for the IIC form before mailing the entire package, it might take a couple days. Hope this helps some of you out.
