I heard Mike is trying to reenact the scene in Lord of War where there is 50,000 Vz-58 in the soviet warehouse.

He's also going to put a Canmore touch to the scene.

Can't wait.
 
I was under the impression that the older 858's were still NR so long as the proof stamp was older than 2007 and you didn't have to sell them to mike from Canmore...

Far as the price goes...a NIB VZ58 can be had for between $950-$1050 so if this is the NR version I would say about $700-$800ish? Would be my guess at a fair price on that rifle in very good condition assuming that you can get people interested looking/prove that it is the older and legal version

I didn't realize they had gone up in price so much, I guess I was looking at them before the majority of the 858's went prohibited...I stand corrected haha
