Is this a muzzle brake for a 92 or is it a different beretta?

It's a compensator. Originally, they were made by an Italian company called SGS, but they went out of buisness years ago. A guy down south named Ric Gandy now makes replicas that are even better than the originals.

They were used in the Underworld movies, but I like to think of it as Leons gun from The Professional.
