3 inch semi with adjustable comb

Does any manufacturer make such a gun? Seems like most guns of this type are 2 3/4 only. If not, are there any decent 2 3/4 inch semi's with an adjustable comb for around 1500 or less?
 
Most semiautos with adjustable combs are target oriented which is why they'll have only 2 3/4" chambers. Beretta is one of the few companies I'm aware of that has 3" chamber and capability in a target semi. You're best option is to buy any 3" field gun with wood stock and have someone install the adjustable comb hardware for you. Most times it's actually a cheaper option as the factories like to price gouge for those extras and anything labelled "target"!
 
I believe the Benelli Vinci also falls into this category. Correct me if I am wrong. More of a hunting gun, but would do the trick. I really like mine for target shooting and most hunting, but sometimes when hunting big geese wish I had 3.5 of the Super Vinci.
