They are as accurate as a decent AR. I modded my trigger removing the extra trigger spring they added for paratroopers. It is still relatively crappy but usable. There is about 8 inches of linkage between the trigger and the sear. I think an ok trigger is about as good as it gets for a tavor.
How well do there rifles shoot? I hear that they are a 2-3 MOA rifle out of the box with there crappy trigger, but how well do they do after the after market sear packs are installed?
Thanks
Moe
Hmm ! Seem to me I have the worst Tavor ever, Factory trigger, top with ELCAN SpecterOS4x, I got like 3 inch grouping consistently with PMC X-Tac 5.56 NATO green tip 62 gr. All groups are 3 rounds grouping.
There are two shooter tried out the rifle, me and him are experience shooter. Both were getting the same result.
I can not wait for the trigger bow from Armseast to try out.

I had a friend who shot deer in the head all the time. He shot the jaw off one and it was a real mess. Most hunters can shoot for the head but the margin of error makes it more ethical to shoot center mass. 77 gr is more than enough at 100 m to down a deer. I would get a tikka you wont get the consistent accuracy out of a tavor. An acr non restricted or robinson arms could maybe do it. Just my two cents and not trying to be preachy.
Don't encourage him.
