Scope mounts for Savage Markl 11

Looking for good quality scope mounts.this 22 takes a beating all winter bouncing around on a sled. What do you all suggest. I am looking to put on a quality 2x7 scope.

I've used Weaver Grand Slam steel with my 4x32 Scope. I've since moved to a Nikon Prostaff 3-9x42 and needed taller rings and used some Weaver 49071 (detachable steel top). They both hold well, but the GrandSlam are by FAR my favorite rings.

I'm wondering if one piece rings and bases exist for these rifles ?

EGW make a one piece base, if that helps.

You'll have to check your ejection port length, as the Mark II has changed. Original was 1-3/8"; new production is 1-5/8".

Prophet River might be able to help you out - I bought an EGW base for a Rascal from them.
