Wasn't quite sure if this was the right sub-forum to post this in or not? Has anybody here ever sent a shotgun out to be engraved here in Canada? Who did you contract to do the work? And I meant classic style hand cut, gold inlays etc. I have a Model 12 I am itching to have done in a replicated factory #5 pattern. Any leads or suggestions? I sent an email off to a fellow named A.B Bradshaw who is supposedly a true blue old school master engraver but as yet no reply.

You'll save yourself a boat load of money doing it yourself. I have a little battery powered engraver that only set me back 15$.

A quick google search turned this up: blackdiamondgunsmith.ca/Engraving___Metal_inlay.php

Looks like they work with some engravers.

For A.B. Bradshaw, have you tried calling? Sometimes certain shops and individuals do not keep up with their e-mail.

There's a good engraver in the interior of BC that just did some pins for my old Holland & Holland. If you contact Stuart at (S J Newby Gunsmiths Ltd. Half Moon Bay BC 604-740-3725), he should be able to direct you to the engraver.

Vladimir Vancura lives at Bradwell, SK just outside of Saskatoon.

Czech / Canadian engraver of great talent. Many famous knife and gun-makers have made use of his talents.
You will not be disappointed by his work, if you can get in the line-up.

Does anyone have any experiences with the Black Diamond guys? I have a model 12 that I would love to have a number 3 style engraving scene on.
