Glock butt plugs

From what I understand that space was intentionally left to assist in removing stuck mags due to malfunctions

it's a gimmick. Waste of money. That beeing said, what is cool about a free/democratic contry like Canada, is that you can buy wathever you want with the money you hearned. I'd rather spend money on reloading components and actually shoot my guns rather then spend it on useless gimmick.

A patriotic fellow would get a good old ' Made in the USA ' metal one of course ( guessing here...maybe run it under warm water for a minute though )

Pretty sure the T-handle models are prohibited in Canada.

Tail handles then.....

I checked Amazon and E-bay, can't find one. Where did you get yours. Nice butt, BTW.
Haha, thanks, but that's my sister. I'll hook you up if you're into Furries.

There's a shop on Granville Street here in Vancouver that sells them. Look for the place that advertises 25cent peep shows.

Without the butt plug inserted you can drive your thumb up into the gap and wedge a stuck mag out….that said I opted for one.

The pro to getting a Glock "grip" plug is that is gives a clean look, and some argue keeps debris from getting into the void and interfering with the internal workings of the gun. Not sure if that problem actually exists.

The negative side of the insert is that it actually takes away part of the functional design of the gun. The reason the recess is there, is to assist the shooter in being able to securely grab the back of the mag and pull it from the magwell should a mag be stuck or difficult to remove. Insert a mag, and then grab the mag with your thumb in that notch and you will see why it is designed like that.

edit: Johnto beat me to it.

Front strap has a gap to pull the mag out too.....
I believe the rear gap and small hole is to attach a lanyard.

I have heard thats the reason as well as the stuck mag thing. Who knows the hole may just be where the hook goes when they hang on the assemble line and the empty space is a weight reduction measure.
