I'm surprised that there is not a lot more talk about this model of scope?

It checks all the boxes most people want...big tube, Ffp, lots of elevation, large turrets, zero stops, rugged, good warranty, and budget price for these options.

I suppose the only big question is glass.

How would this compare to say the bushnell elite 3.5-21x dmr, I would suspect that is the direct competitor.

Anyone have one?

Not sure why when I searched the first time I didn't find anything. I searched again and found a few recent threads. Still would like to know about anyone's experience and Reviews. Thanks.

I compared the 2 and prefered the DMR and purchased it. Reticle is much better, clicks are more crisp and audible and like the locking turret on the bushnell. Glass was comparable but gave the edge to the DMR. Mine cost alot less then the Burris so that really tipped the scales. Both are big beefy optics..meant to sit on heavy guns.

Cheers!!

I really liked my.original xtr....but upgraded it sometime ago to a 1-6....had the xtr 2 been available at that time, it definitly would have been in the running

Cool man....Darren's shop is great. He even has a few 34 mm rings in stock,,,he was the only shop in Sask that had any when I looked around. Either scope is very nice, let us know what you buy.

Cheers!!
