How do you guys get rid of your spent primers? I have a mason jar full of 'em from the drop tube on my LnL AP and we're moving in a month. Trash is my first thought, but wondering if there is a more appropriate place for them or if they are recyclable?

Cheers,
Chris

The guy I buy my reloading supplies from sells his spent primers along with his scrapped brass to a metal recycler. Doesn't get much for it apparently, but enough for a few beers lol. I started saving mine and will see what a years worth of spent primers is worth (~15-20k rounds).

Why would you put them in the trash? Spent primers are brass, just like empty cartridge cases.
Save up a large quantity and take them to a scrap metal business.

I had an 8 pound powder jug full of spent primers...
Weighed about 52 pounds.

Metal recycler paid me $102 cash for it...

I trash them, but I always figured they would make good filler for a squeeze bag. Just take an old pair of jeans, cut the leg, stitch up the ends and fill with spent primers.
