We haven't brought them in yet as the rep company/CPD has not sent the sample to the RCMP yet. The rep company emailed me on Tuesday confirming this. Since we're not into selling potentially prohibited devices we won't be bringing them in at this time unless something changes. Here is the email chain with the person's name blanked out as I don't want them getting bombarded with emails.

I want these to be legal as much as all of you reading this and I hope that they are/will be/stay that way but as a business I can't be selling something that could be questionable/get my customers in trouble. Myself, I'd prefer to error on the side of caution on this one as I like having my firearms license and shooting my guns. I'm sure prison ### wouldn't agree with me that well.

So this is the part that has me really scratching my head. How is it that the other vendor can state so emphatically that the CDP beowulf mags he is currently selling the second batch of has already been approved by the RCMP and the CFO, while according to you, CDP has yet to send anything to the RCMP and the RCMP state that they have not approved anything because they do not have a sample???
 
Im very confused as well. I remember reading that the RCMP no longer examine magazines or do official approvals. I thought they said if its within the regulations its legal if its not its not. So what's all this talk about approval.
 
Are these the same mags that other retailers are waiting for as well? Because if so, some other retailers got them already... I have three of them.

It was supposed to have been then we found all of this out.

I'm going to lock all of this for now as I don't want this to turn into a gong show.
