Do the companies above ship USPS or do all parcels come UPS? I'm looking to buy some dies but don't want to use UPS?

Select USPS Priority mail.

Put USPS INTFC in the comment section ....if the item is under 100$ and fits in the small box it will only be 10.95, if over the flat rate box and over 100$ its around 35$

this, 100% correct.
also if you ever purchase gun parts over $100 but under $500, they sometimes forget or overlook that you are in canada and tell you you need an export cert, tell them you are in Canada the limit is $500. they will just send you an end-user to sign.

I was wondering this same thing. Glad I searched the forums before selecting UPS Canada Standard option. I HATE to be slapped with a $50 brokerage fee for something that costs $60
