Really great to deal with a couple times a year when they eat the tax.

Do know your prices however, some of their stuff is priced well, other stuff is a little pricey.

But never any issues dealing with them - shipped fast and reasonable.
 
I have ordered from them several times, (This is where is ordered my Forster Press.) and their service has always been very good. The only problem I have is that since they are not a forum sponsor, when somebody asks "Where can I get ...?" or "Who carries ...?", I can not provide a link to them.

Great prices.

Great business to deal with, have bought a ton there in the past year. The only snag I ran into was I ordered something that they thought they had in stock, but was off by a digit in the part number ie. Pro dies vs normal, they phoned me as soon as they noticed this and ran some options past me, I said I was in no rush, so they said they would ship my order without those dies, then once they arrive in the next order they would ship them for free. Pretty good service and selection, and shipping is very fast.
 
Sorry to be the negative in the group but I had very bad dealings with them and won't deal again as many others I know since I started asking around. Sorry for the bad Englich!
 
For the OP, there you have it. Eleven to one in favour of X-Reload. Now, the real trick is to determine whose opinion you value the most, after all, as they say: "One 'Oh crap!' wipes out a lot of atta-boys."

I have bought from them in the past, and I will likely buy from them in the future.
(It would be nice though if they put some sort of a description of the products.)
 
I have been dealing with X-Reload since they opened, and buying several times each year from them Never had a problem. Communications have always been up to my satisfaction.

For those who were not satisfied, what was the issue?
 
Ordered on a Thursday, at the door on Monday. What more can you say. Great selection, prices not too bad. Have to pay for that great service. Which I personally don't mind.
 
great place to buy,,,they have great sales too,,but they refuse to advertise on CGN,,,they do on other sites though...you can google them too,,their site is pretty easy to navigate,,
 
Ordered a press and when it arrived it was damaged. Sent in an email and they had a replacement sent out even before I had sent back the damaged one. They paid for shipping in both directions to replace the press. No complaints here. They stood up when there was a problem and took the required steps to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. No dilly dally, no fuss, no hassle.

I wish all dealers would take note.
