Lets see your classics!

Gorgeous guns guys - I have a CZ38 as well and it's a super cool gun, and definitely some very interesting ideas in them - love the takedown! I don't know that they're especially good as a service sidearm but they're certainly no worse than any other .380 and better than some!

BEAUTIFUL Colt 1905. I have one as well but mine's refinished.

When I look at pictures of old Colts, I am always amazed by the fact that 100 years ago, with primitive tools, they had better fit and finish than modern Colt products made on CNC machines. The edges are properly machines, no wavy lines, all parts fit together perfectly.

S&W 14-2 K-38 Target Masterpiece, Browning Medalist, both triple mint !

I've never handled a modern Colt, but the turn of the century offerings leave a lot to be desired alongside the S & W wheelguns.
IMO, of course.
Perhaps their semi auto's are better tho

Haven't taken possession yet, but I just won this sweet nickle-plated Iver Johnson 2nd Model Safety Hammerless with knuckleduster grip at the Maynard's auction in Vancouver. Check out the trigger safety - basically identical to a Glock 90 years earlier! You can't see it, but Iver also put hammer block safeties on their revolvers about 70 years before Ruger did. Not bad innovation from a cheap S&W "clone"!

New acquisition, an original Colt Bisley, produced very early in the first year(1894) of production. It was 155th revolver to roll of the new Colt Bisley line. In a rare calibre/model combo. Its 1 of only 29 guns produced in 44 S&W american and standard Colt Bisley frame. It has 3 notches in the original furniture of unknown but intriguing significance
