Are you locking the rims on the shells when you load the mags?
I agree!
I suggested this was the problem earlier and I still think it is!!

rim lock is in the magazine. when the rim of a lower round is forward of the round above it. then the slide may have trouble stripping the round because its rim is locked behind the lower round.
Is this what you guys are referring too? So when loading the mag the shells should be stepped as for not having the rim of lower shell forward of the upper shell? To be honest i never even thought this could be a problem but now looking at it i see this could very well be the issue now.
I will be heading back to the range and will give her another go and film my loading of the mags.
Thanks for the info
cheers

Something is obviously wrong with the firearm. That video was painfull to watch. I'd demand a fully refund
Not to derail the thread, but my experience with Ian over at Herron is that he's a solid guy and does good work.Never dealt with Herron arms before but i see on their site they do some nice conversions , so i figure they should not have a problem with this.

Yup got the SAP6 back and to the range today for a test with 4 different types of ammo, S&B slugs, Score Slugs, Federal Slugs, Rem. 00 Buck.
Ill let the video explain....... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L9n5qmu1qQI&feature=youtu.be
Thoughts??
Ian has been very good through out this, he even answers emails when really this is not his concern.
I would do business with Herron arm in the future with out a worry, TI on the other hand not a chance. Their communication skills suck IMO and really don't care about their customers again IMO.
Over all I chalk this up to a learning experience. I have dealt with lots of CGN sponsors and never had a problem.
We spoke to our gunsmith, he verified that it was working 100% when he tested it. He suspects faulty mags. He told us he'll be contacting you to meet at your range to determine the problem. If that's not the problem then a new SAP6 will be sent to you.
Sorry but when I bought this I did not realize I would be part of the Daggar R&D team, so ill pass on your offer. Its easier and less frustrating to just part this out on CGN EE and take the loss
I dunno dude. Someone offers a free replacement on an alleged one-off Lemon I'd take it in a heart beat. Same can definitely not be said for my factory new 870 that won't eject... Remington, Dagger, etc all have the possibility of one slipping past QC.
