Wear and handling marks don't bother me that much. To me having patina and signs of use give a sense of history and made every old gun unique.

I've got this old Smith on the way and it's certainly been around the block a time or two in the last 97 years

This one is a US Government Model 1917 in 45acp.......produced in November 1918

I see they have added a few more.....a Colt Officer's Match, 2 Colt Troopers and some Taurus stuff. They must have found a stash!

I ended up buying the Colt OMM. Looks like a nice piece for the price.

I looked at that OMM. It looks like a nice gun and the price was attractive but I just wasn't up for trying to hunt down an ejector rod tip. Hope you have good luck with the search. I did check Numrich but it shows out of stock.
