Good rangefinder for shorter ranges.

Im looking for a cheapish rangefinder for out to 500 yards, must be able to reliably range a tree at up to 500 yards. Being waterproof and durable would be a bonus.

I own one of them Scouts 1000 and it performs quite well.
To range at 500yds you may need to steady your unit against something stable.

Looks like a nice unit, and if I bought a Nikon it would match my camera gear lol.
