I mentioned a few months back that, considering her Dutch ancestry, I should have some Dutch examples in the collection. She was visiting a yarn store and stopped at the gunshop nearby and picked up this Dutch Beaumont.
The metal has all gone patina but looks great that way, the stock is in superb condition, and the bore looks pretty good although I have yet to clean it up.
Don't know that I will ever shoot it as I don't have the experience to make ammo for it, but it looks good in the hoard - now the tallest gun in the safe!!
