Shorten PAL Approval Times

Hi all, I'm new here and am in progress of getting my PAL/RPAL here's the progress so far:

May 21 - Mailed my application
May 25 - application received
June 11 - appeared online
June 12 - Amex charged

One of my references asked me does the interviewers call come from a Number that shows as Unknown or Blocked or does it say RCMP/CFO? She has her phone set to block unknown calls since 99% are telemarketers. She just wanted to know if she should turn off the call blocking or not?

You can send the app in before getting your results back. Just indicate on the app that they are coming. I have heard that it doesn't really speed up the process so I'm not going to bother. Rather have it all sent together. Less chance of something getting lost.

well doesn't make sense to send one then the other that's how $hit gets lost and why pay 2 postage fees when you can send it together the day you take the coarse.. just sayin..
 
My timeline:
Location: ON
Application Sent: May 26, 2015
Application Received: May 28, 2015
Course passed: May 30, 31, 2015 Both non-restricted and restricted.
Application Online: June 16, 2015 (Time elapsed: 19 days)

Still waiting for stamped course report. Called to confirm that I can fax in the report.

There is a mandatory 28 day waiting period that starts the day the RCMP receives your application. If your results are gonna be two to four weeks. You should send in the app and start the clock ticking. Then forward the results in when they arrive
 
Hey fellas, do they send your licence regular mail and it just shows up in your mailbox or registered, where it requires a signature?
 
the rcmp website seems to be down.. or my server is having issues .. I have not been able to log in to check status all morning.. anyone else having problems with the website?

2015/05/28: Application posted to Mirimachi
2015/06/01: Application received at CFC by registered mail.
2015/06/19: Application showing online
2015/06/19: CC charged

Status - In Process ; Completed Initial Processing...
 
I sent my application off today without the CRFSC & CFSC proof today. Waiting for the CFO stamp (Ontario). Hope that's still the smart thing to do.

I was advised by my instructor to send everything together, so did that(RPAL, new app). Any reason why you want to send two separate mails and pay for postage twice? Seems like they're taking 2-4months right now anyway, not sure what else to do but wait. :(

The first post suggests to do that. Get the 28 day waiting period started while I'm waiting for the stamp. Someone mentioned a few pages back they were able to fax the test results. Hoping that's the case.

Yes. You can fax the result. No problem. I've been waiting for my report for 3 weeks already. No sign of it. What about you?
