I don't know that I would own up to being the person responsible for CanAm's website.

And if it made sense to just deal with questions by phone, you wouldn't bother having a CGN presence.

I haven't had anything but good luck dealing with them directly, and I think that is the point being made. People and business are likely to put discussion forum responses a little lower on the Todo list than some would like. My guess is that CA, like other good retailers, always has a looong Todo list so don't take it personally. It's more likely either they don't know or don't have the time to answer effectively, not that they don't think responding matters. And Happy Father's Day to all!
 
I'm sure there are better feelings, than having a box full of mag's show up at your door.
