Ok faster than it was last week. You need to add some more filters so we can get to what we are looking for. I searched xcr and came back with 400+ results. I also hate that you cant sort results by price or other parameters.
 
I just got stuck in an endless loop trying to log in. I put in my user name and password, the site then told me I had to change my password. When I got my fourth of fifth "Invalid username. password" message, I tried the "forgot password. Put in my email and the 'I'm a real person' code and hit the go button and it would just refresh the page with my username filled in and a new code.
 
New site looks okay but you need to put filter options in for "in stock only" "price low to high" "on sale" "pricing between $x.00 and $xx.00" etc,etc. I also had a patch in my basket and went back to shopping on Saturday and the patch disappeared from my shopping cart???
 
My account completely disappeared from your database !
Is there any work in progress or is it lost forever ?

I had to reregister. Make sure you don't make a mistake as you can't edit your address and other details

New Web site ..... new registration.
Be patient..... They are swamped with their current events .......Wolverine Days. They let it be well known that they won't be spending much time on the Internet during this event.

Not half as disappointed as I am to read that when we have just spent over $100,000 to improve our system so that we could better serve our customers. Unfortunately these issues are not of our making and seem slow to fix, trust me this has been a top priority for us for months, but progress is painfully slow.

Dear Mr Wolverine,

In my opinion your business is number one in Canada far ahead the number 2.
I have been dealing with you for many years and spending many tenth of thousand dollars without an hitch.
Your team is highly professional and the few times I have had small issues it was immediately sorted out without any hassle (and with class !).

I am not disappointed by WS at all but disappointed to see such a highly professional business releasing such a poor website with so much problems.
I use to spend a lot of time browsing your website just for pleasure or for ordering and always had a great overview on the available items you sell but since the new website came online, I just gave up.

Your business and your team are the benchmark for gun dealers in Canada (my opinion) and I am just disappointed when you are just not perfect.

I'm sorry to say that I liked the look and feel of the old web site better.
The main list doesn't even show the price - that blows.

I do really like that you can filter by restricted-unrestricted though.

I hope you get the issues worked out soon. Good luck.
 
I am a big fan of change, but unfortunately this new site, along with the close timing to Wolverine Days caused quite a few headaches for users. You already know about the wiped accounts, etc. Please fix the credit card payment error which kept coming up, and add a "used" link to the filter. Ben
 
Okay, despite the bugs I manage to work around it. I placed an order on June 27th at 2AM PST and now I can't check the status of the order and I get access denied. On top of that, I didn't know there was promotion for free shipping on order over $100, but I still got charged for shipping. Oh, well let's see how it flows.

The shipping will be removed before the payment is taken.
 
I am slowly learning your new website. It will take time to sort it out, but I'm sure you will get it done as quickly as possible. My only complaint so far is I can see the items in the listings, but when I click on it to find out more information, and see a larger image, it says the page is not available. I will continue to support wolverine supplies through out this ordeal as your customer service is impeccable. Ed.
 
Sorry, I can't send you a PM about this, as I wanted to be more discreet, but I have to be brutally honest wirth my feedback on this so far.

There are STILL no product headings visible across the top of the web page when I view it (usiing I.E. 8 on work PC).
And when I scroll down, all I see is a narrow column occupying barely 1/6 of the page width, all down the left edge of the page only, with only thumbnails and titles of products, no decent product headings. It just goes on forever like this. The bulk of the page content, to the right of this narrow column on the left, is completely BLANK, white empty space in the remaing 5/6 of the page. Sorry to say, but I am nearly fed up with this now, and I have to say that your website programmer has successfully created a useless P.O.S. (piece of $#!t).
And yeah, way too much emphasis is put on making sites mobile friendly, at the expense of user-friendly on a normal desktop. Big mistake.
I wish I could show you screenshots of how stupid this looks on my desktop.

Hindsight's 20/20 they say, but if I was you, I would have vetted this website designer you hired a bit more thoroughly before giving him/her this important job. Right now, I'd be tempted to fire their a$$ and get my money back, and get someone to replace him who knows what-the-**** they're doing.
No wait, let me tell you what I really think of it,... :mad:

My vote (not that there is one) is to bring back the old format, at least the basic graphic layout and menu system of it.
