Where to send broken Eotech XPS 2-0

I have a very lightly used Eotech XPS 2-0 that has sat in its case for two years after seeing 200 rounds of .223 that needs repair. Why, I'm not sure, but it won't turn on, even with fresh batteries, and there is a rattle inside the body.

I was was hoping to put it on my Beretta A400 Xtreme (would prefer the Aimpoint 9000SC) but need to have it repaired.

Any idea where I can send it?

I got it from Al Flahertys in Toronto. Guess I can take it to them, but was hoping to send it to the repair depot directly to avoid the dealer delay.

I sent mine in. Tell them your in Canada. They'll tell you what paper work to have filled out for Canada, and they email you a form and repair order #. I shipped directly to the US repair centre as instructed. It was easy, no hassle. one of the best warranty experiences in my life. I was very happy with the excellent customer service. It shipped right back to my door, no hassles. You can even call them and speak to a human at the repair centre, and they knew what was going on. Excellent experience.

I think I know what might be wrong. Check your battery compartment. Are the springs and contacts still there? It is common for them to come out with the batteries and people don't notice. The rattle means this likely happened. You can order parts from wolverine usually. Hope that helps. Also check to see if there is any corrosion on the contacts, eotech are known to be finicky with that. I hope it is something simple!
 
Good tips from the others to check your connections first. I think Eotech has a FAQ section on their website to walk you through connection/battery issues. I tried all the suggestions as others here and the Eotech website are mentioning, but in the end mine ended up being an an internal problem.
But yeah, check those things first.
