Priming cases proving to be a PITA

I've run into brass that has primers a little out of center, sometimes having to give the case a spin in order to seat the primers easy. Not saying this is the same issue but something to look for.

try to swage the pockets?

I have a coax but prime with a lee ergo prime, or the lee auto prime on the single stage press. Easier.

Yes I figured that one out the other day, i used a (iforgotthesize) drill bit to remove that darn crimp. it was fine after that.

The Hornady reamer is only 7 bucks or so (if you just get the cutter). Put that sucker in your drill. It's not necessarily a crimp, just a sharp corner.

hey everyone! thanks for all the help, especially KRJ. With my Lyman CasePrep Express I used the primer pocket reamer and uniformer a little more than i did prior to my first attempt.

Ease of seating primers is noticeably easier with the RCBS hand primer.

As for the broken Forster part, I emailed their customer service and they were extremely fast to respond. They will be replacing the part (no-questions-asked) and even gave me a few more recommendations.
